The Twill Applique
The coloured fabric is laser cut.
It is then applied, sewn, pattern by pattern, in single or double layer. Additionally:

- Rougher but thinner than felt.

The coloured felt is laser cut.
It is then applied, sewn, pattern by pattern, in a single layer.

The Double Applique
The coloured felt is laser cut.
It is then applied, sewn, pattern by pattern, in a double layer.

The Punch printing
The fabric is embossed on the inside and reinforced with a thin layer of rubber.

The Patch

Twilltape Band
Twill tape are an essential part of the finish of our products. It provides a more attractive finish and strengthens the collar, which is often subject to rubbing.
